- Members must show the ART FRIEND FRIEND CARD at the start of each
purchase to qualify for discounts and privileges. Failure to do so will
render loss of discount and privileges for that transaction.
- Nett price and offer items are not eligible for
discounts.
- Membership is strictly non-transferable. proof
of identity must be shown upon request.
- Processing time for applications is
approximately 3 weeks.
- The ART FRIEND FRIEND CARD is issued by and remains the property of Art Friend. Art Friend
reserves the right to decline issue of a new card and to withdraw any
card and its privileges at any time.
- New applications pay a fee of $10.50, with local students paying a
subsidized fee of $5.25 (prices include GST). This fee is waived for
customers who have purchased at least $100 in a single receipt dated
not more than 3 months before application date. The ART FRIEND FRIEND
CARD is valid for 2 years.
- The ART FRIEND FRIEND CARD can be renewed at a fee of $5.25 for another 2 years each time.
This fee is waived if the member's purchases total more than $600 in the
card's 2 year validity period. Renewal of the card must be done before
the expiry of the card, otherwise a new application will have to be made
and the member will be treated as a new applicant and subject to
qualifying terms.
- Upon loss or damage of card, member must apply
for a replacement in writing. A replacement fee of $5.25 applies.
Processing time is 3 weeks.
- All payments made are strictly non-refundable.
Payments for application, renewal or replacement through post can be
made by cheque, crossed and made payable to "Art Friend".
- Members are responsible for informing Art
Friend if there are any changes in their personalparticulars. If this is
not done, Art Friend will not be responsible for any consequences and
loss of benefits and privileges.
- Art Friend reserves the right to disclose the
particulars of members to third parties at our discretion without
liability and without first seeking approval from our members.
- Membership privileges, terms and conditions may be amended without
prior notice at the sole discretion of the company and management
