ART FRIEND FRIEND CARD membership is open to any member of the public residing in Singapore. An application fee of $10.50 applies. Local students pay a subsidized fee of $5.25. (Prices include GST). This fee is waived for customers with a minimum purchase of $100 in a single receipt (dated not more than 3 months before application).

1. Fill out the application form completely. All handwriting must be legible.
2. Attach the original receipts. Please attach receipt for fee payment or purchase receipt qualifying for fee waiver.
3. For mail-in applications: Attach a photocopy of your IC or student card for verification. Cheques for payment must be crossed and made payable to "Art Friend". Please write your name, IC number and contact number at the back of the cheque.
